Fix Rite Service

BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE IMMEDIATELY A $4,000 Bosch electric range was denied warranty service because the cracked glass top missing a chunk of glass was labeled “cosmetic” by them. They then called me a liar and charged over $100 to come out for 1 minute and say it’s cosmetic, it’s not covered, after never saying there would be a service fee. I’ll let y’all be the judge if this doesn’t impact performance. Bosch also was near impossible to get through to and dragged this out for months. If I was starving to death and needed my fridge fixed I still wouldn’t call this terrible place.

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. The service technician who came to my house dumped his tools right on top of my almost new washing machine as if it were a workbench, and without having placed any protective covering on top of the washing machine. I regret that I didn't dismiss him at that point. They lowballed me and charged me more than what was quoted in their written estimate, even though no additional services were requested or provided. I filed an action in small claims court against FIX RITE, and we'll see if a judge believes their lies, specifically, denying that we ever had a conversation about reinstalling my dryer exhaust hose. FIX RITE should receive the summons within the next few days. I would strongly suggest that you avoid using this company.

They were very nice and I got a nice dryer from them. All used appliances are gonna eventually have issues I haven’t had any yet but I did just get rid of. But it’s a very nice dryer for a reasonable price

I was in a tough spot because our old refrigerator’s compressor went. We went to Fix Rite to purchase a new refrigerator. I thought we got a great deal and they delivered. They did tell us if the new fridge didn’t fit into the house it was my responsibility to get it in myself. They did a great job helping me get it into the house. This was on 6/4/2025. Once it was in place I let it run about 6 hours before we put anything into it. The freezer was full of ice (it didn’t have an ice maker). This caused condensation to drip into the fridge. The fridge didn’t cool to the appropriate temperature. It hovered between 45-47°. It took a few days to get to the correct temperature at approximately 35° on average. However we were still getting a lot of condensation in the refrigerator from the freez

THESE CROOKS STOLE OUR REFRIGERATOR!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING THEM!!! Used fix rite to diagnose and fix our refrigerator through a warranty we had on our Frigidaire. They lie, hang up on you and don't return calls. Left my elderly mother without a refrigerator for over 3 months after saying it would only take a couple days. Tried to get her to pay them cash even though it was covered under warranty. We are currently still waiting to hear from them and get our refrigerator back. Update: it's been several months and no contact or communication from fix rite. We have been told by our warranty people that rix rite "scrapped" our refrigerator!! It's currently being investigated. Do not use these crooks!!
