Jordan at the SLO store was so helpful. Needed some stairnose pieces ASAP to finish a project. Short of doing a special order, I went to FL to see if they happened to have anything in stock that would work. He found some stairnose that would work, it was old stock, and he just gave it to me because they were trying to just get rid of it. Way to go Jordan. Thats how you foster good customer relations. Will I go there to make additional purchases? You bet! The company should be glad to have this guy working for them. And it matched perfectly to boot!

Worked with Isaac on a cabinet order and it was the most unpleasant customer service experiences I've ever had. Delay after delay followed by promised delivery dates that never happened. Its been 9 weeks since I placed my order and we still don't have our cabinets yet. Lots of lip service and promises like the email below. Will never do business with this company and have requested a cancelation to which we have heard no response.
