Flooring Max Inc

We purchased and had installed engineered hardwood flooring for our entire main floor end of September/early October 2025. I worked with Mr. Greg Tennyson. He was nice and professional. Everyone in the store was accommodating and helpful. However, the crew that installed our flooring was not as good. First off, they used my refrigerator without even asking. This was minor to me. The worst part is that they worked very messily, and when my flooring was complete, they did not bother to clean up their mess that they made ON the floor. There was glue residue all over the entire floor in every single room. There were some gaps in the planks, and they installed some planks that were chipped on the edges. Once again we had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. Floor epoxy came out beautiful. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had good experiences with Flooring Max in the past, but this particular one wasn’t like the others. Unfortunately, the sales team was overly busy and had some trouble remembering details, Made some errors in pricing, accidentally ordered the wrong product and it got partially installed at my house before I stopped it. Since this was a special order item. It took a while to get the right item in, my house was left in disarray for a while. once the product was installed, there were some issues with the installation.. however Flooring Max did send over their warranty and repair specialist Kyle who does a wonderful job. Their warehouse staff also did a very nice job with communication and trying to do some clean up after the first installers could not return. I do like my Flooring now tha

This is the second time we've used Flooring Max. John was a great salesman. He showed all options and came out to our house and quoted the job. He was very honest, never trying to sell something you didn't need or want. Nick and Nick Jr. were awesome and did a great install.

Highly satisfied customer here! Greg and his team have remodeled 2 bathrooms for us and currently working on the 3rd! I wouldn’t consider another contractor; the quality of their work is outstanding and their team is very professional. Save yourself some valuable time and call them!
