Fantastic..! Called to have a kitchen light removed/replaced and they had someone out in about 3 days, finished the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I have tried for over a year to have this small job done and have been rewarded with no-shows and promises unkept. These are my go-to people for electrical...!

Poor customer service and even poorer execution, ironically my bike went missing on my front porch in the week after they serviced my house. I reported it to the police, nothing was done about it by the police station. I also had a homeless man roaming around my property, reported that to the police also and again nothing was done. Frable electric accused me of reporting them despite me believing it was Andy Balliet a local man who was released from prison looking for a place to stay. They also installed a plastic clip on my plumbing which backs up my toilet on a regular basis. When I questioned them, their reply was to call a plumber. My advice is if you want a job done right use another company. They also installed a circuit breaker that is way too large for my house. I withheld payment

At my house I had an Electric problem with the A/C and Furnace. The Technician who came in was very knowledgeable and Professional. He found the problem and corrected it right away. I have been busy recently and wanted a 220v line installed. I'm capable in doing this my self but was going to pay to have it done so I could get other things done. I needed this for a new window air conditioner I purchased. I called for a free estimate and he showed up the next day 3/29 and was told I would receive an email with the estimate by friday 4/2. I never received the estimate so I called the technician Friday afternoon ( the day he said I would receive my estimate). He told me they were off for the holiday. I finally received my estimate on the following Tuesday a whole week later. The estimate was $325 to run 4 ft of wire, put in a outlet and junction box. I responded to the email to set up a time. The response was that my email was forwarded to Duane and he will contact me. 2
