Got quoted in July, didn’t come install until October. Cheap materials, the fence keeps breaking. They came and fixed it a few times but since we’ve paid in full they’re done fixing it and our fence is still broke.

Polite and professional. Prompt to come quote and the quote was right in line with other quotes. We asked for 4 quotes, font yard 4', front yard 5' and likewise for the backyard. The quote came back and wasn't clear on the details for what we asked for. With some more effort, I'm sure we could have gotten it sorted out but the other quotes were concise and clear. They also returned the quotes quicker.

Extremely quick and responsive to start, came out to the house to give us a very fair estimate. I contacted them again to ask for a quick modification to the type of fence we would be using, Shane responded that he’d update the quote and get back to me. That was almost two weeks ago. I’ve tried emailing, calling, etc. and no response. If you don’t want to build our fence, just be a professional and tell us. No need for the childish game if ghosting.

Got a black vinyl chain link fence set up on about half an acre.. they did a great job!! Pretty bad communication is why 1 star was taken off. Lots of "we might be there this day" then no updates... overall satisfied tho.

I visited the showroom to get ideas for my upcoming new fence. All the employees were friendly, professional, detailed and helpful. They took their time to show me all their products offered and didn't rush me. Very nice people...
