Where do I begin? My 93 year old mom had a puff back with her oil furnace. Her insurance company put us in touch with FRSTeam. The only good thing her insurance agent did right. Brandon and Kevin were amazing! They came, packed up mom’s entire house, cleaned everything beautifully at their warehouse and brought it back. All 400 boxes. Furniture, mattresses, clothing ect. They even came back for the empty, 400 boxes and paper. When I called they answered every question honestly! They were very professional and on time with everything. I can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work. You guys are amazing. Always in a great mood and had smiles on your faces. I recommend your company 110%. I just pray you never have to work with Jonathan again.

We were referred FRSTeam by Cappy after having a fire in our home and I can not tell you how amazing Monique, Kim, Hannah and JEREMYwere.They were timely, organized, knowledgeable, assuring and extremely polite. Their attention to detail .... in not only caring for our property, but also showing concern for us set a new standard for excellence. Overall the experience was not very good at all. Ours was a 4 month ordeal from start to finish. When our stuff was delivered, they said they “forgot” to clean our movie couches. They then said to give them a week and they would complete the service. A week later they brought the couches back, but it was found that they were not cleaned yet again. I was told that they only plug electronics In to test and do not do any deeper inspections. They sent a “mobile cleaning crew” out to clean and test the couches. They were at my house for about 30 minutes and did not test my couches properly. I requested the invoice which stated that level 3 services were done on my items, however, when reading what level 3 was (which includes taking things apart to look for corrosion) realized they charged my in

The staff at FRSTeam by Cappy's has been fabulous! Rachael in the office has been very helpful and always quick to respond. A big Shout Out to Hannah & Kim who were prompt and so friendly during delivery of the belongings. Should the need arise, we would definitely reach out to FRSTeam by Cappy's again!

I had a flood on November 8, 2025 and my insurance provider Liberty Mutual has yet to settle the claim. The company that was used for the restoration FRS took my belongings without authorization and a lot of my personal belongings were never returned. The second company Prism is doing the exact same thing. It's over a month and my furniture and personal belongings have not been reimbursed or restored. If I don't follow up there is no type of resolution to this claim. I have been calling the restoration companies myself to follow up. I would never use Liberty Mutual for any type of insurance again.
