Over charged my aunt who is elderly. Charged $400 for labor to replace three smoke detectors. Would give Zero stars if I could.
Hard to get a hold of. Finally managed to get him to come back and fix some issues with the phone lines that his apprentice missed. Never once did apologize for the inconvenience of having non-working phone lines. However he did fix the problem quickly.
I've known Ed and Erin for over 20 yrs
So professional!!! I am really grateful for the service I received today!
