GKS Heating and Air

This was our first time working with GKS Heating and Air. Before calling them, we had three different technicians attempt to fix the issue. Over six months, we spent more than $1,500, yet the problem was never resolved. During the Christmas break, the system stopped working again. Another technician quoted us $1,200 more and said we’d have to wait two days for the parts. A friend referred us to Charlie, and he sent Joe out within a few hours. Joe was able to fix the issue on the spot. He took his time, made sure everything was cleaned, tested, and working properly before he left. We were extremely impressed with the service.

Charlie and Joe arrived for same day service with a smile. We had no air, the high was 95 and the temperature inside was climbing fast. My family and pets are super grateful for their prompt response and excellent service. Highly recommend GKS Heating and Air. THANK YOU!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She called another company who came out and told her that she needed a whole new heating unit. After calling around someone recommended GKS. They came out and fixed her unit. They were honest and did the necessary repairs. My mom rarely has me post a review, it’s safe to say she was extremely happy with the service.

Charlie arrived at my house with another person. When he left I looked at the bill he handed me. He charged me $25 for the oil dry that was mine, $50 for travel, even though he was five minutes down the road doing another job and $125 for the other guy who handed him a bag. Fine. As long as we’re warm, I figured. I thought that the problem was fixed, but a few hours later, the problem returned. I let him know ASAP. It was so cold in the evening, down to the teens. Instead of returning quickly he waited until the day after, leaving us 2 more of the coldest nights with no heat. On top of that, he charged me again for himself (15 minutes of work). Special thanks to Charlie and GKS! When our heater stopped working during a very cold week, he made us a priority. He came out as soon as possible at a last minute request to get us running and warm again. He was professional, quick and extremely reasonable when he knew we were stuck! We will definitely be holding on to his phone number for future use!
