Jorgensens replaced our furnace last week and we couldn't be happier with the service quality they provided. We were experiencing furnace exhaust gas in our home. They identified the problem so quickly and offered a solution that seems to have completely corrected the issues we were having. Some of those issues could have been dangerous if left the way they were. We are grateful for the timeliness of their technicians, even coming earlier than expected. They cleaned up completely. What was most appreciated was how competent they were, even with our electronic thermostat and multiple zones. We would highly recommend GL Jorgensens for hvac service!

I am relatively insulted by the professionalism I received from the G.L. Jorgensen. I have a relatively new Weil-McLain Combi boiler. This specific boiler is advertised on their website as a product they sell, install and maintain. I have a EcoTec 150c Combi boiler. I called the G.L. Jorgensen because they advertise the boiler. Come to find out the technician Clint, had trouble diagnosing the problem. For about the first 45 minutes he spent time taking off and putting back on a valve handle that had nothing to do with any repair or diagnoses. Following that, he spent and unknown amount of time of the phone with Weil-McLain’s technical support team. After the phone call Clint told me the problem. When I asked about the diagnostic fee, I was then informed about Clints time onsite (about 2.5

Today we had Jorgensens install a new furnace. Dylan, Dylan, and Brent did a great job. They kept me informed during the process. I can’t thank you guys enough for the professionalism that you provided.

If you have an older boiler system that has common Honeywell zone valves, this is not the company to call. Seriously no joke, what they couldn't figure out, my golfcart mechanic did. He came to the rescue when he heard we were without heat waiting on a call back from this company to find out when someone with more experience could figure out the problem. 5 days later, I'm still waiting on that call. Installers Zack and Joe who came to install my new AC did fantastic job. Thanks guys and you guys did great! 27 year old unit vs new! Even when they got drenched in heavy rain! Best warranty package deal! Very friendly and kind people. Been a year since new AC was installed. I had them come out to do annual inspection. AC still working wonderfully.
