Please do not use this 'contractor' - nearly three years later and we are still discovering all of the things he did incorrectly or just flat out didnt do. Paid to rip out old insulation and install new. In the process of replacing the flooring that he installed (no underlayment, tons of staples, nails, screws all sticking up) we had to remove the old very poorly installed baseboards to discover there is ZERO insulation in the walls. All of the wiring is messed up, they just cut electrical lines and taped and left it in the walls even though there were outlets there before they started the remodel. Installed jacks to level the kitchen floor - did nothing. The list goes on and on and on. Not to mention that he did a lot of stuff that was not agreed (removed working ceiling fans and replaced

Couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work and service they provide . They give great price and go beyond it in their work. Very timely just couple days after agreeing on having them do the concrete work in my basement they started and had it finished in two days .I'll definitely be calling them for any other type of work I need and will spread the word to others..God bless Dan and his crew
