I am very impressed with how fast Rick Was able to come to our home, diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs to our heating system. It was such a pleasure to have someone so knowledgeable with the right equipment to take care of the nightmare we had with our heating system at a very, very reasonable price I would also like to compliment the lady in the Office Tower, who helped me setting up my appointment twice since I canceled once and I am very impressed to find people who actually care about other people and what they do thank you again good heating and air-conditioning. The satisfaction number should go up to 10+ if that’s what you are thank you.Al B

Unfortunately, good air conditioning is a misnomer. It should be great air conditioning. They were on time Cody was exceptional, very accommodating. Explain the problem, explain the solutions. Explain what he did very thorough. Great visit highly recommend Good air conditioning anytime.

Tyler did an excellent job. He is a very polite young man and I would definitely have him back to if I should need other work done.

We woke up yesterday to water in our basement.Our water heater had broken.I called Goods (who we have a contract with) from the girl in the office,I believe Sarah who took the call,to Ian the service tec and Justin I couldn't have asked for better service.We have an elderly parent that lives with us and really needed the heater.They went out of their way to finish the job and by the end of the night we had a new water heater and hot water. I can not say enough about Goods and the service they provided.Highly recommend.Thank you

Great technician. Efficient and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue and explained the problem. Very grateful especially in a freezing weather.
