Beyond disappointed. They had to come out and measure 3 times, still ordered the incorrect size. Forgot about waterfall on an edge and took off and inch to mask the error. Chipped the corner and didnt think anything of it. Came back to repair and ran into the fire hydrant. No apologies!!! No call to check, no discount, nothing. We paid cash and a premium price with second rate service.. Would not recommend.

I previously left a negative review for GMI. After speaking with the team from the company, and troubleshooting, they came up with a solution and in the end, performed beyond expectations. Rather than cutting the countertop in half to get it upstairs, they came with enough people to physically carry the countertop to our second floor and install it. The installation team took the time to make sure the two seams that had to be present in the other tops there were practically invisible. The product as delivered, and the ability to work through problems showed that GMI has what it takes to producea high-quality product, and install it, they came up with a solution when it was needed and took the time to make it right. I would highly recommend dealing with GMI in the future

First off, let me preface this review to say it is not written out of spite but is about my experience and others that have used GMI. Recently, I got a call from my son to tell me his sink collapsed late at night. Upon looking underneath the sink the next day, it looked like they secured the sink up with a board and brackets on one side but with only the brackets on the other side. With the adhesive and the brackets, that was enough to hold it up for approximately 16 months. I called them and waited for 7 hours for them to send someone (guy kept telling me a technician was coming soon) to evaluate the sink. I was made to pay to have it fixed before he even touched the sink. I’m assuming management at GMI told him to do that. I’ve never been forced to pay before services have even been rend

GMI is awesome. Aside from the awesome work they did in our countertops their service was impeccable. This is the third home we used them for and we are about to start the remodel of another. We’ll be using GMI there, too.
