Oh where do I start? Candi and Steve are outstanding. The model we chose hasn't been built much in the last 10-15 years but it's what we wanted and they worked with us on every step. From redrafting the house entirely to bring it to more of a modern look/feel to answering endless emails and questions throughout the entire process. Candi is very responsive, almost to a point where it's expected she'll get back to you in minutes and not hours or days. Steve on the other hand is more old school, which I greatly appreciated. He was willing to meet us on the site of the build a couple times to discuss our questions and concerns. He does not do email, which was very refreshing as so many things can get lost in translation. This is the first time I have built a home and I was nervous about the process as I had heard stories from friends/relatives/coworkers about horrible experiences building a new home with other builders. We have lived in our Graphic built home for almost a year now. We are so grateful that we found them through a recommendation from family that has also built with Graphic. From the beginning we were very nervous about the building process as this was our first home we were ever apart of the building process. We were really impressed that the owners and their entire team took the time to get to know us so they could better understand our likes and preferences. This served us well in the design process by knowing our likes and dislikes and guiding us toward design features that we would appreciate. We moved into our new home in December of 2019. My Wife and I are still pinching ourselves to see if this is real or not. All of our dreams have come true. We started with a piece of property that we absolutely love and planned for years putting the type of home we wanted on it. Steve took our plans, never looked back and built our dream home. The entire team battled the horrible wet weather we had all season and stayed on time and maintained great workmanship during the entire build. Steve, Candi, Nate and Kyle answered every question honestly and timely and told us up front what they could or could not do.
