The service was quick and exactly what was quoted. We will definitely be returning to this company for future issues with our built in fireplace and will recommend to all our friends.

Green Bear Heating was able to schedule my appointment within a couple of days of my call, the service rep was friendly, professional and did the job quickly and cleanly with a reasonable price. Very happy with the service. We have a 30 year old fireplace and the pilot light was turned off years ago. Justin and his coworker did a great job in cleaning up, evaluating and testing the unit. They even waited for the flame to burn properly making sure there’s no more obstructions in the unit blocking oxygen. They performed very professionally, and leave the room very clean. Much appreciated for their work and respect their professionalism we will definitely continue working with them for regular maintenance.

We have used Green Bear a few times to have our inserts serviced. Today, Justin (Who was awesome) let me know that the ignition control on our unit needed to be replaced.
