We recently bought a new home with a pool installed by Greensburg Pool. We have used them to close our pool in October 23 and open in April 24. They treated us fairly, their staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they answered all our questions, gave us some tips and tricks, and all in all have been good to us. Highly recommended.

Greensburg Pools was fair, honest, and did great quality work. We got an in-ground 16x36 heated pool with a nice cement patio and retaining wall. Our pool is gorgeous. The work is very high quality. The owner that we dealt with was Jack. He always went above and beyond for us. He is kind, and was exceptionally fair and mindful about what we wanted and getting the job done right. There were several times though the process where he could have easily told us something different and made more money for himself, but he never did that. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! They installed a new filter and pump on our pool. The filter leaked immediately. I called for a month and was told that the gentleman bill that handles the service was out of town. After 2 months I finally got a hold of bill. He guaranteed us that once we opened the pool back up that they would be there to make the repairs. We called for the past month and left messages. I finally was able up speak to someone today. After explaining the situation she yelled and said she “can’t handle this, she just answers the phones”. I asked to speak to someone else and she refused. I’ve never dealt with a company that doesn’t guarantee their work or with such poor customer service. Im unsure how they are still in business.

Great service I called about a new pool heater. He picked it up and had it to me within two hours and had a better price than everyone else.

My wife and I are very happy with the pool. The guys working for Greensburg pools are very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly. Every question and concern I had, they answered it and gave there recommendations on what they thought would be the best solution. Yes, I would used them again. Yes, I recommend them.
