David and team were great. They designed and installed a new system to add capacity and replace an outdated system. The team was very quick and had little disruption to landscaping. There was a minor accident with our gate entrance, but Logan notified me and made it right. Would definitely choose Guadalupe Wastewater again.

I have to admit, the thought of replacing our septic system seemed a bit formidable and messy. However...Guadalupe Wastewater Co actually made it interesting, FAST, and clean! David worked quickly to get our permits, came out and spent some quality time with me going over all of the details and best placement, etc. He wanted to be sure that I thoroughly understood the process, what barriers I needed to remove (tree branches, bushes, etc.), how to care for my system, and the time-frame that I should expect. Well, they were quicker than I expected and got the new aerobic system installed (and the old one removed) within the course of just a few weeks from permitting to installation! I needed an evaluation of a septic at a home being considered for purchase. Another company scammed me. I went in person to the office at Guadalupe Wastewater Co and they looked at the report I was given and came out the very next day to assess the septic in question. Guadalupe provided me a very thorough assessment and education in the workings, charged me only their hourly rate (vs the "inspection" charge from the other company which was several hundred bucks and they didn't call to inform me they were on the way so I could be there). Guadalupe also provided me with a written estimate for the necessary work, including pump out, and the estimate was much more reasonable. I always try to use local businesses whenever possible. I decided to give Guadalupe Wastewater a try and I was not disappointed. Their rates are fair and reasonable and the service was top rate. The technician that completed the service was friendly, professional and courteous. I will be using them again.

Guadalupe Wastewater was recommended to us by a friend and for the past 2 years we have been very pleased with their service. Ryan and Daniel are great techs and take good care of our aerobic system and keep it in tip top shape. They are friendly and always willing to answer any questions or make suggestions. Just today, I called the company because my compressor alarm went off, they responded very promptly. When I call into the main office, Erin and her staff are always friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone.
