Gutter Helmet

John + Dave came out today and repaired our gutters! They completed the task with ease, and John was very professional with me. We had to troubleshoot with my upstairs neighbor for a bit in order to have the driveway opened up and available for them to commence work. During our interaction at this time, John was very cordial and amenable to our needs. I would definitely recommend giving this company and these guys your business!! Also, i'd like to add that I did not find a single piece of scrap metal, screws or nails on our driveway after they left... Which I cannot say the same for the 1st company we called here for the gutters over a week ago, who left huge tire-popper gutter nails all over our driveway!! I've had the gutter helmet system on my house for about 10 years and it seems like a quality product. However a few months ago we noticed that a spot on our gutter was plugged so I called them for service to get it taken care of so I don't end up with water damage. A person from Gutter Helmet showed up looked at it and disappeared without telling me anything. I called a few days later and was told my issue would be taken care of under warranty but they were backed up a few weeks and would call the day before they come out to fix the problem. Almost 3 months later after leaving voice messages for them I have heard nothing back. I would gladly modify this review if they do what they promised. Part of gutter started falling off after one week. Had to hire another company to fix it. Save yourself money and time and go to someone else.
