Terrible customer service. Had fraudulent activity on our card and had to cancel card which caused an automatic payment to stop. Was notified of the missed payment and immediately called and corrected asked to have the $35 fee waved. Kayla refused and was unprofessional. Asked for owner Phylis who wasn't available and asked for a return call. Its been 3 days and no call. Been a customer for 6 years and obviously appreciate our business. . We will be canceling. I would reconsider using them and use someone that will appreciate your business 3.9 rating for a reason.

We are currently renting a vacation property in Ocean Isle Beach and the air conditioning unit was not working properly upstairs. Owner refuses to return phone call regarding damage her cleaning people did in my home. Blamed me for not wanting to talk to “anyone” in office. I may just file a claim or lawsuit.
