Hertzler & George

Once again I am very pleased with the excellent work H&G did on my property. They turned a section of my ugly front yard with invasive Bermuda grass into a beautiful and simple flower bed with mulch and many small bushes. This striking transformation adds greatly to the house's curb appeal. I look forward to them coming back out this fall and replacing the rest of the front yard with sod and removing all the undesirable Bermuda grass. Brian was easy and pleasant to work and plan with. He always responded to my questions immediately. Jon and his crew were likewise very nice, efficient, and perfectionists in planting my new yard. Many thanks and accolades to H&G once again!

Extremely unreliable. Seth came to look at our yard to provide an estimate and said he would bring his supervisor back the following week as he wanted his input. They never showed. I called the office to follow up. They told me they’d have Seth get back to me. Seth never reached out. I called the office back again to follow up. Seth then texted me to say he would have his supervisor out to our house the following week. The next week came, and again, they were a no show. We haven’t heard from them since. If they weren’t able to take on our project, we would have appreciated them telling us directly instead of what transpired.

Hertzler and George - We dealt with Brian Kemp for our trash pad and rear patio. We can’t say enough how well Brian took care of us. He patiently brought samples to us, quite a few times, listened to what we needed and created a beautiful rendering, with plants that we were thrilled with. His guidance was what made this all come together seamlessly. The crew assigned did a great job in bringing it all to life and were very careful in every step of the construction. We would highly recommend this company for their expertise and experience with pavers.

Hertzler & George is hands down the best landscape company I have dealt with. In my career managing multi-family and single-family properties across the southeast, there have been many companies over sell and under perform. Hertzler & George is the only company I have used that reliably delivers on what they promise without having to be reminded or called back. Their work is beautiful and meticulous. If there is ever anything extra that needs to be done, often they bring it to my attention before I even notice. I appreciate their pro-active approach to grounds maintenance and their customer service oriented approach to doing business. Seth and Joe are always friendly and professional no matter how small my request, they treat it as a priority. I would highly recommend Hertzler & George.
