Disgusting Porta potty at the Center Point Dam. I called the Number and they said it's serviced "every week". That's a lie. The service record on the door last states November 22. So that's a lie. It's FULL and the toilet seat is broken. I'm sure the town would love to know they're paying for a service that's not being "serviced". It stinks so bad. I wish I knew would paid for it. I'd call them and tell them to cancel them!

Very Expensive and Damaged Lawn. Charged $1,250.00 to pump 1,400 gallons. Their truck only holds 1,000 gallons, so they had to make 2 trips to empty our tanks. Their truck leaked oil all over our lawn and the heat from their engine burned our lawn. According to the City of Kerrville fee schedule, the rate for dumping septic waste for residents in Kerr County is $0.09 per gallon. Therefore, their cost for dumping my 1,400 gallons was $126.00. Needless to say, we will not be using them in the future.

Great team of people everybody goes above and beyond to get things done

Highly recommend, they were very honest and helpful. Called them for Septic service and was told their truck was out of service and being repaired. They without hesitation referred me to a competitor they thought would do a good job. They put my interest above their own. You rarely find that these days.

I called Hill Country Septic this morning because my septic alarm was going off. They squeezed me in same day, got my pump replaced, and my septic system going again. I have used them multiple times and I’ve always had excellent service and I highly recommend. Thanks guys!
