Hillside Garden Landscaping

We recently had the front and back of our house re-landscaped. The service was excellent, and the workers were timely, knowledgeable and very patient. There was supervision by management throughout the job. We were more than satisfied and are enjoying our new landscaping. They have since been back to prune in preparation for the winter months ahead. We would highly recommend Hillside Gardens!

A month ago we requested a rep. Come to our home to provide an estimate and possible plan for a patio for not only ourselves but our neighbor. The landscaper came within a week however a month has now passed and after several calls we still have no plan or estimate. We have been told someone will call back and that does not happen. I have since contacted another local company who came out within days helped us develop a plan and provided an estimate within 2 days in addition they did not charge $60.00 for their visit and estimate. We will not be recommending Hillside Gardens in the future.

Liz is terrific to work with, Mary, too! Great suggestions for plants based on my varying soil. Don does fantastic hardscape work. Parker is hard worker, completes a clean job. Each of these people listened and provided positive results. Will use them again this summer for more projects.

Working in customer service for over 25 years, I know what good, average, and poor service is. It is rare to meet with 4 employees of Hillside Garden Center and experience exceptional service from them all! A stellar experience is what I enjoyed. From their friendly smiles to their helpfulness and genuine desire to "Serve", 5 stars in my book. I formed a relationship with them all in a short period of time, and now I will go nowhere else. Thank you all for such a great experience - and my Macoun Apple is doing well so far!!

Nothing professional about Hillside Gardens Landscaping. The very worst customer service I have ever encountered. They don't get back to you as promised. They ignore email, voice mail, and even when you are fortunate enough to get someone to answer their phone they make promises that are never kept. There are other landscaping companies in our area that are far superior in customer service and COST.
