Hollingsworth Plumbing & Heating

I have used Hollingsworth Plumbing & Heating for minor water leak in our basement. I called for water leak and Jim came out on the same day and fixed the issue. I found Jim very professional, honest, and do perfect work. I will be using Hollingsworth going forward.

Jim was excellent. Took time to listen to the problem and then could quickly troubleshoot the issue. He was brought in after another plumber could not resolved the shower plumbing issues. Wish all plumbers were like Jim!

They came out relatively quickly to fix the small repairs I needed (new faucets and toilets installed) and did a great job. I couldn’t ask for better work, which is why they get 3 stars. The real issue I had was a leak in my shower that renders my shower unusable. They stated multiple times they would follow up and call me back about a time to review/repair. I have not heard back after multiple return calls, so I cannot fully recommend this company. I am now on the search for a new plumber. :(
