I paid Holmstead to do a full lawn renovation. They did a decent job on what was done. Didn't complete all work as promised during walk through and as quoted, but still paid the full amount. It was noted that all the top soil ordered was shorted by the yard, yet I still had to pay the full amount. I'll now need to seed the edges of my yard and the entire front 5 feet next year after a paying for a "full lawn renovation" to ensure the top quality seed and herbicide I provide doesn't get ruined by the previous blend. We had a great experience working with the team on a lawn extension. They were responsive, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the project. The grading was done perfectly, the new grass looks healthy and blended naturally with our yard, and the whole space already feels like a big upgrade.
