My flooring experice at home depot in Roseburg,OR was the absolute worst and unprofessional experience I have ever been through. I initially had them come out to measure. During this process I was told I could change the product if needed because they would already have the measurements. I called the next day to change the product. (Type of flooring) . Weeks later at the time of install the incorrect carpet arrived and the installers had began installing before I was there to realize it was incorrect. I was told by management there was nothing they can do and "this carpet is yours". At this point I had already paid for the product. (This took additional weeks to resolve )Days later when the hard surface installers arrived to finish the job I was told that they had the incorrect dimensions

Had plenty of help walk right by me so I had to Google what I needed to know what to purchase. I have been shopping there a lot for the past week and I have had the worse customer care at this site. On Halloween I stood near a man who was helping a lady with blinds, I needed some flooring. The lady customer was getting help from two employees, and when the HD employee was done with her he walked over to some customers that walked in after me and helped them before assisting me.

Costumer service is terrible. Can't get them to sell me counter tops. Went in with dimensions and money and they told me to make an appointment. Scheduled an inconvenient appointment because I need new counter tops. Showed up for the appointment and waited for 30 minutes. The guy never showed up to the appointment they paged him and still never showed up. Ridiculous! If I had done this at my job I would be looking for a new one.

Very unprofessional and uneducated. Called in about a few parts that I needed for installing an AC unit, representative had no idea what I was talking about and didn't even try to assist me, you could tell they were just trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Had this experience the last two times as well, so, tie to let prior know how awful this place is. In need of people who actually want to do their job.
