Called to set up an appointment for cleaning. I was told they were pretty full and it would be next week, which wasn't a problem. They gave me a 4 hour window when they thought they would arrive and called when they were close that day. Chris was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. My septic system had been neglected and he explained what was happening each step of the way. Very happy with the result and will be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

I was told they'd call the end of next week to schedule a time. I got a call the following Thursday at 12:30 telling me they'd be there in a half hour. I was not home but did make it back on time. One guy on the truck and he couldn't get the 200-300 lb lid off. His estimate not mine. I had to use my tractor bucket with a chain to get it off. Final price was nowhere near estimate given on the phone. Got charge $120 because it had been a while since it was last pumped out. We're two people in a four bedroom house, it doesn't need to be emptied every 3 years. Hit me up for an extra $50 because it was a 1250 gallon tank. I called and they not only came out but had the job completed within an hour of the phone call. Not many companies have this kind of customer service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service. Glad to see a family owned business still operate like this one.

Great service. Called them and was out to our house within a couple of hours. Even though we did not actually get service done because we did not need to get our septic tank pumped, the service technician who came out to us Lance, was really informative and helpful. He showed us what was our problem and gave us all the possible solutions that we should have done. He came into our house and even inspected what more than likely was the problem and appreciate his friendliness and being extra helpful to us.
