Awful service. Employees had no idea what they were doing. They literally took the cover off my pool and never completed the opening. Owner was extremely rude when asked if they were coming to complete the job. He made a comment about how a pool opening can take up to three weeks to complete. Had to tell them not to return. This is how they left my pool.

Horrible!!! We called last summer regarding a leak in our hot tub. Someone came out, removed panels and insulation, left and did not come back. After repeated calls they came, claimed it was fixed. It wasn’t. Tub still leaked, lost 6””. By now it’s mid fall. They claimed they were too busy closing pools. They ended up having to winterize the tub because it got too cold to fix. They came in April, did more work, claimed it was fixed. Again we lost half the water in a single day. We have called multiple times and now it is almost June!! Each time we get a new excuse too busy opening pols is the latest. Can’t see the schedule. They quarnteed they would be out yesterday or today. Guess what? When I called just now they could not see the schedule!! We have paid their bill so we have not

My boyfriend and I used Hydrocare for the first time this year to open our pool. The tech was super nice and professional and brought our pool from green and gross to swim ready by Memorial Day! Highly recommend.

Do not use! Current owner, Jonathan, bought. company from his brother. His brother did a fine job. When Jonathan took over, everything went downhill. Poor service, high prices, transient workforce, undependable and unprofessional to the extreme.

Great company! The owner, Johnathan is extremely knowledgeable of all things concerning pools & Spas/saunas. His employees are very helpful and take care to go above and beyond! Highly recommend for all your pool/spa needs!!
