Irr Supply Centers Inc.

My two-year-old Williamson boiler cracked on Dec 1st. It was still under warranty. I contacted the boiler company and they found my warranty claim. Williamson thermoflo, the boiler company, said the distributor (Irr) did not put in an emergency order, and just put in a normal order for the replacement. This typically takes weeks, whereas an emergency order would take days to ship. It is now December 28th. My family has been without heat for a month. It has dropped down to single digits at night. Unbelievable that this company would let a family of 6 freeze because they could not figure out that having no heat for the entire month of December is an emergency. They don’t have to answer to actual customers so they don’t care about families freezing.

I went to a chain retail store for piping issues and they tried to help but it wasn't what I needed. I came to this supply store, 30 minutes before they closed, and they took the time and got me the items and tools I would need to fix my outdated piping and were willing to help find an easy solution and easy instructions on how to do it. I will come back to them for any other plumbing issues I have in the future.
