I called this morning to see if I could just have a check on my water heater as its fairly old, we are on a well, with hard water and we didn't get any information on the last time it was serviced before purchasing our home. and they were able to get in to help same day, in fact Austin just left. I know thats not usually the case but an awesome surprise nonetheless. I would recommend their services again and again. The pricing was less that I was hoping it didn't exceed so an added bonus. If I'd have had cash I'd have given him a tip. I really appreciate him giving me some advice on what to look out for, recommendations of what will happen if we have to replace ect.

Every person I've ever dealt with at Jamie Parrish Plumbing has been wonderful. None more so than Riley who, in addition, was mindful of our time, explained our options, didn't try to upsell us, and gave us good advice. He was willing to do the cheapest option, which might have limped us along for awhile. We felt informed enough to make a good decision, which was to replace the problem toilet. Jamie, if you read this, I hope you hang onto Riley. He is a nice guy, a good plumber, and a great representative of your company.

It's not easy to positively review a plumbing experience when sewage is backing up, but Jake at Jamie Parish was professional and competent. I'd recommend the company and in particular Jake for his problem resolution and exceptional customer service skills. He is knowledgeable and experienced. Nobody wants these issues, but Jake took time to patiently explain everything along with resolution options. We appreciate the emergency service and Jake for his wonderful delivery of knowledge and experience during a weekend as he responded within an hour of our call.

My son highly recommended Jamie Parrish Plumbing, and I gave them a call. I was very impressed by Mark Lamprecht, the plumber who came out. He installed three new outside faucets for me. He communicated very clearly and politely. I really appreciated this as I’m on a sharp learning curve regarding house maintenance. Mark went the extra mile to patiently answer all my questions on a number of topics. He explained how my previously installed propane water heater works. He found that no one had turned off the hot water heater electrical breaker, which should have been done because I don’t have an electrical water heater. He explained how to work with and preserve the life of my new faucets. All this, and he was very respectful when he came in and out of my house. I would certainly recommend J
