A huge shoutout to Jared Jones Plumbing! We had an unfortunate incident of a pipe bursting! The company came highly recommended and I am so glad I made the call! Jared was absolutely phenomenal with the repair! The work was thorough, efficient and top-tier! The cost was extremely affordable and the amazing customer service was second to none! We will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank y’all again, so much!

Our kitchen pipes froze and when they thawed they popped. Jared and Brittany came quickly. They found the pipe and repaired it. Super friendly. I will definitely be telling other people about them!

I called Jared in February and he was going to stop by my home to review my plumbing needs. He did not show up and I didn’t hear back from him. He and I spoke about 6 weeks later to replace the kitchen sink strainer (drain) and replace the shower faucet and spout. I brought all the materials and an employee for Jared showed up on time. The jobs were simple and it took one hour. My bill was $450 for an hour of work for two simple jobs. I was disappointed and did not feel this was an equitable exchange. I had a similar job done recently in Raleigh and it was around $200. This was over priced and I had to caulk shower work myself to finished the job.

Jared came and priced a shower faucet part which I paid $280.00 for upfront, after almost 2 weeks of delaying me on not receiving parts I finally asked for a refund, he keeps saying he's bringing it back but as of today still hasn't. NO WORK was done and I had filed a police report and talked to an attorney but decided to just leave it here, it's sad this company can justify taking money they didn't work for. My name is David and jerad knows who I am and knows this isn't right, so on a final note just return the $280.00, or if you can live with it, I can live without it,

Our pipes burst today after they thawed from being frozen and they arrived very shortly after being called and fixed our pipes in a very timely manner; Jared and Brittany are super nice and friendly, we will definitely be recommending them.
