Great response time friendly customer service. I called 2pm Sunday and was on the phone with a tech and Monday am had the guys at my house and well pump and line was replaced and back running n time for my wife to get ready and off to work. Thank so much highly recommended this company hands down great service.

I am only leaving this review because Butch was so rude on the phone when I had questions about the invoice. Trina wasn’t exactly friendly either before Butch got on the phone; definitely didn’t want to answer my question with anything other than a “yep”. The guys who replaced the pump were courteous and got the work done. But when the bill gave me sticker shock I asked about a few items which seemed much more expensive than they should be. Butch immediately got an attitude like I had no right to ask a question. Sorry Butch, but when you are charging me 4 times what I can buy the wire for (an extra $500 dollars) from multiple places I am going to question it. I don’t use a lot of contractors so I didn’t understand the service call fee in addition to the labor charges. Maybe your price
