I don't recommend this business. They started out professional, but gave a lot of excuses as to why they couldn't come and redo the job they botched. They promised me half my money back but never came through with any reply to my texts messages or phone calls. She claims she married into the business, but it turns out it's her business. That in turn didn't bother me, it was the failed attempts to right the wrong. The flooring was easy to install, but they managed to have uneven flooring, seams popping up, non-smooth edges around base boards and cabinets. They even managed to crack part of my base boards, but never bothered to replace it as promised. She does all her own work and they did a horrible job. This company is a joke. They installed a simple backsplash in my kitchen two summers ago and did a terrible job. The grout lines are very inconsistent and sloppy. The tiles themselves are crooked. They came unprepared and I had to supply lights and several items for them to finish the job. The owner was very shady about returning phone calls and gave tons of excuses to delay finishing the project. The one day job turned into 4 days and the owner blocked my phone number so I was unable to call her. I called from my office phone and she answered immediately after I called on my cell phone. I had a co worker call as well to confirm. Now, less than two years later, the tiles are falling down and the grout is missing in lots of places. It’s a shame that I have to give them even 1 star.

We have used Sheila on a number of projects over the past few years! From tile floors, to backsplash, to repairing out shower, rebuilding parts of it, painting our home, touchups, installing light fixtures, drywall, ceiling panals... If time is not an issue, you will find a very friendly individual who puts her heart into her work & does the best she can. She's trustworthy, reliable, good quality work, not so prompt, but she makes up for it in how hard she works! VERY hard working, goes above and beyond! If she hasn't done something before, she takes it on as a challenge and doesn't dissapoint! No job is too big for her! We've never been dissappointed!
