This is the second time Trey at KPS has helped me out. The first time he fixed a water heater pipe in my basement and today he figured out and fixed the source of some leaking from my bathroom ceiling. Both times he did a thorough job at a fair price and walked me through what he was doing which is nice cause I don’t know anything about plumbing! And he was very patient with my dogs which is a big plus. Would recommend to anybody and will contact him again the next time I need plumbing.

I had a leaking hot water heater and no hot water and needed someone to come out ASAP. They made my job a priority, and did a great job. I called early in the morning and in fact called several companies early in the morning. This company actually had a human return my call quickly so that was the deciding factor on choice and I was very pleased with the outcome. Customer service matters.

I emailed Trey, which he called me immediately after. Very convenient installation, as he had one day notice to install on Saturday. I had a hot water heater delivered to my house, and it was damaged. Fortunately, Trey took me to pick up the new hot water heater. He is very knowledgeable and kind. Completed the install, removal of the old hot water heater, and gave me a ride too. I will use him for all future projects! Highly recommend! His service was above and beyond! Great plumber!
