Shawn arrived early and stayed late to make sure the install of my sink and faucet was completed so he would not have to come back the next day which would have caused me to cancel family plans. He took extra care when removing my sink as to not cause any damage to my counter top and made not one, but two trips to Lowes to get additional parts which I greatly appreciated. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and went above the call of duty in customer service and when he was finished he even cleaned up after himself, including under my sink! Thank you Shawn for being so conscientious! I will be sure to ask for you in the future. By the way, my sink looks great!

KBC is very professional and knowledgeable. From the home estimate, planning, and installation of our faucet and sink. The service was outstanding. Showed up on time, had all tools and materials needed to complete the job. Explained his plan of removal of old sink, rerouted plumbing, and the installation of new sink and faucet. I could not have asked for a better experience. I feel my money was well spent and will definitely be using his services when needed.

Sink I bought was wrong size.......installer came back later after I cut the counter top. Very accommodating. Water for dishwasher was not opened...... took awhile for me to figure it out but that was the only issue.

Shawn arrived approximately 10 minutes before our scheduled time... which is great!
