My mom called this company on a Saturday when we found a small leak in our hot water heater equipment that soaked quite a lot of our carpet. A plumber named Danny responded quickly and offered very concise clear options and rates for emergency plumbing and even told us how much it would cost if we would wait until Monday. He arrived promptly, explained everything in detail and quickly fixed the problem. He had immense compassion and communication and I highly recommend this company and Danny if you ever need emergency repair.

Thank you Dave and Mike for all the work you did on the 2 shutoff valves and replacing the outside faucets. You thought you had a simple job and it turned out more involved. You told me exactly what you were doing and I appreciate the work you did. You had replaced the leaking water heater 2 months ago and that was very done well too. Thank you again!

I called to have an external hose bib replaced along with two internal shut off valves. The guys from KE Seifert arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work. It was refreshing to see a senior expert mentor a junior plumber on the tricks of the trade. We need more experts in the trades. I was very pleased with the men and their work. David Sr. And Mike did a quick and thoughtful job on fixing a leak in the bathroom sink. He was careful with letting me know when the water was turning on and off. The secretary was also helpful in checking into see if a sooner time slot would work for my schedule.
