I have dealt with Ken's Heating and A/C for the past 6 years, both at my computer business and my home. I have found them to be prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and very fair priced. In fact, they went over and above what what was expected of them, and fixed something for us at no additional charge. They care about their customers. Its nice to see three generations of family working together, they smile while they work, and take the time to explain what they are doing. They cleanup the area nicely after themselves. I was also impressed by their concern over my animals getting out, they always made sure the coast was clear, before opening the door. ( I've had other repairmen leave the door wide open.) I would highly recommend Ken's to anyone.

Ken & his family have been maintaining our AC system for 16 years. We just purchased a new one from his company 6 months ago. Never ever a problem. Quick service & very competitive pricing! Will Continue to do business with!

My husband and I have used Ken's Heating & Air Conditioning for 10 years in 2 different homes. We were referred to them after another large AC company told us we needed a new system. A 65 dollar part gave us another 4 years with our old AC. Ken and his son, Kevin have always been professional and competent. Our last service was today and, once again, we were satisfied!

I'm betting any good review here is from some relative of Ken's they are everywhere here. These people are pure lying scum. I read the other negative review and thought it was an old one of mine it was so similar. Our experience with Kens has been a nightmare. They have had to come over literally dozens of times to fix their own mistakes and charging us for their labor even though the unit is under warranty. I believe they are intentionally dishonest to make themselves more money as well as completely incompetent. It literally breaks my heart how horrible this experience has been. Might as well just throw $1000s of dollars away. Another hot summer in store for us. The unit never works more than a few days without breaking again. We are thinking about getting window unit ac's.
