Called 10 electricians in the Pasco area to get quotes for my job. A handful wanted a 40 dollar fee just to come give a quote. The rest were receptionist's just scheduling service calls, Not having any knowledge of what I was trying to do. I called Kinetic Electric explained what I was wanting done. He was the only one willing to walk me through a viable plan with getting power to my shop. He pitched me a couple of ideas that saved me around 2800 dollars, 4200 from his nearest quoted competitor Farrell power. He refused to take money for a quote even after me keeping him on the phone for over an hour exchanging ideas and pictures of my mess, on a Friday evening at 5 pm. He wouldn't accept it. He sent out a service tech asap. Job was done with in a few hours. Tech was punctual, and prompt.

Fantastic job! Tech showed up on time, was super polite and got everything we needed done in a very timely manner. Will be using them in the future!

Tried to get an approximate cost. Kept talking over me about how others operate and needing to pull a permit. Simple panel box replacement. I've done at least 6 myself but if the price was right I would use them for all or some of the work. I'll get er done. Even after I was able to, with a permit, have an excellent experience, his talking over me continues. Make sure you get a couple of quotes.

Awesome service. Had an emergency where the fuse box almost caught fire. Came out the same day and got me running. I had heat again until they could replace whole fuse box.(2 days). Price was more than fair. Going to have them come back and run another line. Thanks again.

Kinetic Electric only charges for what they have to do not pull out a book with all of the prices listed with the worst case scenario for all jobs. They go case by case so I didn’t have to pay more then I needed to pay. Thanks again for a good job at a fair price
