We needed the outside of our house painted and wanted Kino to do the job. He said he would email us the contract/bid, but never did. His son took a picture of our email address on his phone, but nothing written ever came through; hence there was a verbal understanding he would start the job. He did show up to our house and started pressure washing and wanted us to pay $1000 as a retainer and for the pressure washing. We had to type out an agreement for this, as he never did provide anything in writing. After he finished pressure washing, he said he would come back the next day with color samples, but never did.
