We just did our roof with KM&M and it was a great experience. The price was very reasonable and Kyle was very transparent. The work crew was incredibly efficient. They were quick, and clean, they left no debris behind. Kyle sent us updates throughout the entire process with pictures and explanations of everything that was happening. Would definitely recommend KM&M to anyone looking to update their roof.

Absolutely smooth and easy process from start to finish working with Kyle. Communication was great (that’s rare these days). No hidden charges, everything explained right up front on the contract. His crew was fantastic, roof looks awesome and the clean up during and after the roof was done was over the top. I think my yard looked better after they left than it did before his crew showed up! I had the pleasure of having my roof replaced by KM&M on 10/24/2025. The crew arrived early in the morning of the scheduled day, ready and prepared to work. They immediately got to work preparing the "drop zone" around the house to insure that nothing would get damaged. By mid-morning, they had the roof stripped and were removing sheets of plywood that needed replacing. Throughout the process, I received drone photos of the work being done. Everything that was claimed to be done in the contract was visually proven as the project progressed. Once the damaged plywood was removed, they did a visual inspection of he attic for additional issues. I was very impressed and the job exceeded my expectation by the quality of work that was being done on my roof. It was done in a professionally timely manner. “KM&M Roofing LLC replaced our very old roof and skylight windows on October 28, 2025 From the initial meeting with Kyle to final cleanup, their process was thorough and professional. A detailed estimate was provided as was the scope of the work, which included the set up of tarps to the house and surroundings. Removal of all existing layers of roofing, inspection of the decking and replacing it only where needed. New underlay, new vent boots, new cap shingles and all new shingles throughout, along with removal of four skylights, closing in two and replacement of two. And new shingles on a shed.
