Munson’s Electric

I had a great experience working with Munson’s Electric. Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always quick to respond, and able to come out to my condo on short notice. Pricing was very fair and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated how Richard took the time to explain and show me the work he was doing so I could clearly understand what was happening. Also as a parent of a toddler, I was especially grateful for how understanding he was about my chaotic schedule. He was flexible, professional, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Munson’s Electric.

Rich came out on a Saturday and restored electricity in the second floor of our home due to a short circuited outlet. He walked me through how to do some of the work he did so I could correctly update the grounds of the rest of the outlets in my house. He was extremely friendly and courteous, cleaned up even with a vacuum the bits of pieces that came out of the wall, and let me know to remove my daughters items from the closet before he worked on the light fixture in there, so they wouldn’t get drywall all over them. We have more work we need done and we will definitely be using him. I would recommend him to anyone needing an electrician.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Richard and his apprentice! From the moment I reached out, Richard was incredibly responsive. He provided a clear, fair quote right away, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. They arrived right on time and were professional and courteous, even offering to take off their shoes before coming inside. They replaced three baseboard panel thermostats, installed a new in-wall heater, and fixed an issue I’d been having with one of my light switches. Rich and this company were fantastic. We hired him to test all the wiring, inspect the main panel, and replace outlets and switches. He was thorough, professional, and went above and beyond. He explained everything clearly, made sure it was safe and up to code, and left everything clean. Highly recommend!

Munson’s Electric is the best!!! 10 out of 5 stars! Richard has done work for us twice this year. He installed an attic fan in the summer and just recently helped us with our kitchen remodel by moving and adding outlets and upgrading light fixtures. I would highly recommend him for all of your electrical needs. He’s friendly, knowledgable, a great communicator, and has good prices. We’ve got more work lined up for him in the future and are so glad we found Munson’s Electric!
