Mainville C&R gained our trust when they drove out to inspect the severity of the dry rotted framing in the dirt basement of our historic home and determined that, while the engineer's original plan of reinforcement would be cheaper and easier, it was not going to be a permanent solution. To safely hold the weight, the timber beams and brick piers needed to be replaced with LVLs and lally columns on footings. They did the painstaking work in stages, while other contractors were unwilling to take this difficult job.

Ron and his team were great! I just moved into a new place and wanted the windows and patio door replaced before we tackled the floor. It was easy to communicate with the owner, and I appreciated how he broke down the quote for me/answered my questions. The team was able to replace four windows and the patio door in one day and did a great job cleaning up after they finished.

Replaced a large picture window and two kitchen windows. Honestly I didn't get multiple quotes. I chose Mainville Windows because I like to work with small local businesses that I feel will stand behind their work. Nonetheless, the price was a lot less than I thought I might have to spend. Ron explained all our different options, invoicing was clear and professional, and installers did an excellent thorough job.
