John and his team installed new HWT's for me this week and could not be more complimentary of the service. Arrived on time, did the work efficiently and with minimal disruption, for a fair price, and left the working areas spic and span. Truly looked after my home as if it were their own. Great work, highly recommend.

we needed our sump pump replaced and a sink installed in the garage. After several outrageous quotes, a friend referred us to John and Lancaster Plumbing/Pipeworks. John was prompt, polite and informative. He explained what, why and how of his proposal. The work was performed in half the time of the other quotes, the clean up after was excellent and everything works perfectly (it has been a couple of months). Our Air Conditioner wasn't working and when I reached out, Mike was here in less than 24 hours. He was polite, professional, and explained exactly why it wasn't working and what he was going to do about it.
