What a pleasure to work with them, they are so clear and simple all can be done on-line and it's so easy and fast too! When I first contacted them Alex got back asap and came out and came up with design and color options so rapidly.. I chose and this was so easy and I made alterations that didn't phase them at all.. it was fun and so easy! I absolutely love the lights that were recently installed in my backyard by Landscape Illumination. From the initial consultation with Jay to the final installation, the team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable of every detail. The lighting is beautiful and functional and has totally transformed the backyard. The deck now has warm and inviting soft lighting while the lights along the back tree line create a stunning focal point.

Finished product was great, but the experience getting there was awful. When I first paid my deposit on 10/23/25, I was told general turnaround time is 5 days for the parts to come in, and 5 more days to install. After weeks of NO RESPONSES to my emails, calls or texts, the company finally confirmed they could install on 12/12/25. After explaining that was far beyond the quoted timeline, and requesting a refund, they refused to refund the desposit and would not respond to any outreach. When they finally came out on 12/12, I instructed them to be careful when burying the electrical cord as I have inground irrigation. They assured me they would be careful. No more than 5 minutes later, they cut the buried WiFi cord running to my house (Comcast had to come the next day to install a new

My husband and I had Landscape Illumination come out and check our landscape lighting after the winter months. They came out quickly and repaired and replaced all lighting fixtures that needed attention. It was an easy process and was performed according to the stipulated price. We were very pleased and will have them return to add some lights in new areas.

Highly recommend. Darrin’s (owner) design was awesome and Josh (installer) and crew did an excellent job and took the time to explain any questions we had. The whole process from initial estimate to final install was really efficient and communication was great as well. The lighting has really elevated the look of our home. We couldn’t be happier with it.
