We have been going here for the past 5 years. The always do an awesome job on our cloths. Most of the time everything is ready to pick up within 2 days. However, a few times my husband needed his suit faster since he is a preacher. & thankfully they were able to have it ready by the next day. & our daughter needed her prom dress steamed at the last minute & thankfully they were able to have it ready in 24 hours for us.

I brought in a pair of men's dress pants that we needed for a weekend event. Even though they weren't certain they could get the stain out, they had the pants cleaned and pressed four hours later. Kind and excellent service.

Lee’s Cleaners is by far the best dry cleaners in Lancaster. Exceptional service and customer service. Mr. Lee knows my entire family and always asks about them every time I go in. They always make me feel like family! Highly recommend.

Items ready for pick up as stated. Upon exiting the cleaners an inspection of my clothing revealed a white blouse with noted black marks on both sleeves. Joanne (who could benefit from many customer service retreats) stated that "they were there when I delivered blouse." Customer reminded Joanne that this is the same blouse that customer pointed out yellow staining at armpits and there was no black marks to blouse at all. Joanne took my $35.00, offered no apology, and walked away and proceed to play with her cell phone. Never will I return to this business and would not recommend. Disappointed Customer!!!

Picked up my clothing & they still had stains & I paid almost $150. Truly disappointed.
