It has 152 parking spots available to the public not several hundred and its only free three hours at a time. For longer you have to buy a permit at city hall. No overnight parking is available to the public. It is meant to service the "LUXURY" apartments. The structure stands were two locally owned businesses stood. During construction it backed up sewage into the local neighborhood. But It looks like a garage so that's something. The garage isbeautifully y made. It is a modern day parking garage with ev chargers and everythingbyou need for modern ev's. The architecture is a little out of place, the garage is a traffic snarling nightmare. Valpo is out growing the spaces we used to have and love.
