I'm in Kerrville on 6 acre family ranch. We live back and forth between Alaska and Texas. The grass was definitely over grown and Luis (Owner) had great communication. Luis definitely gave a good and fair price for work that was needed. I called him last minute and he was willing to work by himself on a Sunday. I offered a Sunday premium with him; he was punctual and did all the work by himself. Due to the fact his crew was off on Sundays and spending time with their families.
