Loveless Blacktopping did a great job on our parking lot. Their price was very competitive and communication was excellent throughout the process. They were able to accommodate my need for them to complete the work over the weekend, so as to not disrupt our business, and the work looks great. They may do well with asphalt, but concrete not so well. Had them do some concrete work a few years back. Horrible results, and no response when asked to make it right. 1) No expansion material used between foundation and slab 2) Poor finishing, left huge messy brush strokes in the surface 3) Didn't use an edger on the expansion joints 4) Splattered concrete on the foundation walls

It only took Matt and crew two years to come and begin work that they quoted me. Remove old driveway, install gravel base, compact, install binder coat and top coat. My driveway ended up being soft because no base gravel was ever put down, tire marks everywhere you park and so Matt decided to return and pave the back half of the driveway with a “top coat” and throw in a driveway sealing to compensate me for the hassle. Top coat still has tire marks and is now popping up in areas. This is a total nightmare and would never recommend Loveless to anyone. PS the sealing included leaves in the driveway and them finishing in the dark with headlights to guide them and in the rain so you can only imagine the quality work I received.
