Do not purchase/install any doors installed from this company. My elderly mother spent several thousand dollars purchasing a door with installation six months ago. The first time the installer said he couldn’t install by himself. The next Time the installer removed the original door, damaging the frame. This has left a gap in her door.Then found that the door delivered was damaged. The third time the installer came to the house and had to go back to the store to get the door…. Which was also damaged. She actually went to the store trying to get this fixed. There is no doubt they took advantage of her because of her age. We intervened and after several attempts received a refund after she paid in full almost 6 months ago. They have done nothing to compensate her for the damaged door frame a

I am writing to formally report a serious safety incident and a subsequent negative experience at your Chesterfield, MO store. I recently purchased a DEWALT 80,000-BTU Forced Air Outdoor Kerosene Heater. Upon use, the unit malfunctioned dangerously, discharging diesel fuel and creating a significant fire hazard. Fortunately, I was able to prevent a fire in the customer's garage. When I attempted to return this defective and hazardous item, the Store Manager refused the return. Furthermore, I found the manager’s conduct and professional appearance to be entirely unacceptable, i.e. he was wearing a sweat outfit and below the standards I expect from Lowe's, especially compared to the other Missouri locations I frequently patronize. We had to buy a new refrigerator/freezer and had a great experience. Our sales rep was awesome. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable. . We got a great price and fast delivery ordered Wednesday delivered Friday. The delivery team was amazing. No damage to walls, floor anything. They hooked up the old one in the garage and set up the new one. Showed us all the features and made sure everything was perfect. I’m so happy! Works great. Looks great. We bought the Whirlpool side by side with water and ice dispenser Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE LOWE’S FOR DOOR INSTALLATIONS As the son of a former contractor, I am embarrassed to admit I should have known better. If your idea of quality is having to rely on sub-contractors of sub-contractors for a first rate installation, I can assure you it is instead a complete loss of institutional control. I am now two months past my installation of a Thermatru door from Lowe’s. To date, all I have experienced is frustration and disappointment in having to chase Install Partners (one-off the sub-contractors) to fix the scratches, gaps, and the need to use a putty knife to close my door that still sticks.
