Doesn't matter if I spend $20, $200, or $2000. Jared on the frontend was the only cashier. Instead of standing behind a closed down register and looking down please stage yourself in the self checkout area. I don't mind checking myself out....but you can at least be in the position and posture to make yourself available and to say "thank you and come again"! I said "thank you" to you! You said "nothing" in return! Pitiful Lowe's. Jared is last employee I saw representing Lowe's.

Yesterday, 5 March, my wife and I went to Lowe's looking for foam insulation. Bill was a very big help. Polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. We purchased the foam insulation. However we had our small SUV and could not transport it. Bill said he would pull our insulation and we could pick it up at Coustomer Service today, 6 Mar. So we went to Coustomer Service and was told to just follow the "Blue Foot Prints" to this machine. Things went down hill from there. Here we were in a hallway with this machine," Coustomer Service". Lowes does not have a Coustomer service. We waited awhile and this nice young fellow showed up with our insulation. My point is Coustomer Service is not very well applied to a machine in a hallway. This is a ridiculous store. They don't answer the phone. "AI" answers the phone and it is so screwed up that you normally are left hanging on a line. They have insufficient staff. If you are lucky and the right person is there then you may make progress. But there are few associates who know what they are doing. If you get referred to Lowes central forget it. No one knows what is going on. Hours and hours on the phone. No answers. Managers are never available. Lowes - please switch off your AI the only reason it may seem to work is that customers just give up. What is it that you don't understand this is Agravating Idiosy. I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s in September, and after a month of not hearing anything about delivery or installation, I decided to call. After multiple calls to the store—and repeated promises from customer service to look into it and call me back (which never happened)—no one could tell me whether my original order had been delivered to the store or not. Eventually, I was told the unit couldn’t be located. I was advised to come into the store to look at other options and was told they would work with me on price. It’s incredibly unfortunate that the Flex brand is leaving Lowe’s. I encourage those unfamiliar with the brand to research its greatness. Although it is the secondary reason I will no longer be shopping here, it is not reason for the review. Store Manager, Rodger, is the primary reason. This individual doesn’t seem to have a care in the world. He turned his back to me and started walking away as I was trying to explain my perspective of an open box product. Short story— they’re trying to sell display units for the price of new in box (flex product). Rodger is a very rude person that should not be in a customer service position. Nonetheless, certainly shouldn’t be managing.
