Lowe's Home Improvement - Regional Office

I bought an oven from the Alton lowes on 12/2/25 around 10am. I was given a delivery date of 12/3/25. I got a text about the delivery confirming address and date and told it would arrive between 1230 and 430. I got someone to come pick up my oven on the morning of 12/3 and waited. I got no call, no text, and no delivery. I find out that the delivery was changed to 12/8/25 with out contacting me. I went to Alton they could find no reason for the delivery date change and gave me the company that is in charge of delivery's phone. That company confirmed that lowes canceled my delivery and rescheduled without a reason. I called corporate and they also said that they had canceled and rescheduled delivery without a reason and never bothered to contact me. Now I am without a way to cook my lunches

Extended warranty on appliances are all handled by AI, generic phone number and god forbid you’re a senior citizen with no cell phone or email. Not user friendly at all! I had to go to a Lowe’s store for help navigating it and they were even frustrated! Do not get it! Lowe’s trying to cut corners is losing my business. I want to talk to a live person and elder people who are actually wanting to buy things, and have the money, do too! Get your crap together Lowe’s!

Update: They were supposed to “tentatively” show up yesterday afternoon - 7-12-23 GHOSTED AGAIN! I am about to lose my mind with Lowe’s in Ballwin, MO Over a sliding glass door for my parents. Placed the order MARCH 26th. Their contractor came to measure etc. and slider is supposed to open on left hand side. It finally arrived in May. They removed the old one and installed the one they had that opened on the Wrong side. Immediately went back and forth, everyone blamed someone else and we were finally told a new door was in stock and would be installed Today. July 7th. Guess what. NO DOOR. NO WORD. NOTHING. My parents are in their late 80’s. My dad has health issues and can’t walk without assistance. My mom has to dress my dad. They got up way early “just in case”. I kept the day clear

So I ordered nails for my nail gun and you wouldn’t believe how my package arrived. To start the package was torn and most of the containers for the nails exploded inside the bag, mixing all the different sizes together… now I have the miserable miss fortune of sort it all out just to make heads or tails of it…. Packaging down right sucks!!!

Purchased freezer 4/7/25 with a delivery date of 4/15. This morning 4/15 not coming until 5/3 with a full 9 to 9 hour delivery when I scheduled and can only receive in the 8 to noon hour. I had to reschedule again for 5/5 to get the 8 to noon hour but this is also unaccpetable. They are still offering a delivery date of 4/23 to new purchasers so what about people like me, who already ordered. Lowe's delivery and promises are awful and for sure, will be the last time I shop Lowe's and have advised corporate of this. Do not shop Lowe's if you really need your items delivered on time. Not going to happen
