From the moment you walk in, there’s a sense of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine willingness to help. Manager Sharissa deserves special mention—she went above and beyond assisting us with a faucet return that had been sitting around for months. When a hardware store doesn't have a unique item, it's common to ask if they know of anyone else in the area that might carry it. Lowe's man in hardware with the soul patch gasps at my asking such a thing and says, "I only work here, at this place." He could have said, No I'm sorry I don't. No wonder walk-in retail dies a little more every day. Amazon will be delivering it tomorrow morning by 8am. Should have saved my time and gas even trying to support a physical store.

I had to purchase a new refrigerator and was dealt with right away the person who helped me was very helpful and answered all my questions and made my purchase very easy. The store is very clean and always stocked with everything you need. Keep up the good work.

They don't care about their customers. Just one example of why I believe that. You make a purchase and go home with it. Come to find out it's busted so you need to exchange the item. You finally get to go back to the store, go to the service desk and say you need to exchange the item as it's clearly written in their policy. They say sorry we don't do that. We refund you and you rebuy it. Now that cust has to wait days for a refund so that he can rebuy the item because he didn't have the available funds to rebuy it that day. That is unfair to your customers Lowe's. I will be reporting this to the state.

Staff is usually easy to find and surprisingly helpful (even if they dodge eye contact at first). Parking’s never a problem, and they’re open when you actually need them. Whether I’m fixing something, building something, or just standing in the aisle pretending to know what I’m doing—Lowe’s delivers. Not exciting, but reliable. And sometimes, that’s exactly what you need.
